Guest gallery
The Guest Gallery allows event attendees to upload their photos and videos directly to a shared gallery. Guests simply scan a QR code – no registration or additional app is required.
All uploaded content automatically appears in your account, allowing you to conveniently collect and manage all the moments from the event in one place.
For photographers – included in the “Plus” and “Pro” plans
For photographers using the “Plus” or “Pro” plan, the Guest Gallery feature is included at no additional cost. It is already part of the plan and uses the same storage space allocated to your galleries – there is no need to purchase additional storage separately.
Photographers can use the Guest Gallery alongside their existing client galleries and offer clients an additional way to collect not only professional photos taken by the photographer, but also moments captured by event guests.
How does it work?
- Create a Guest Gallery and receive a unique QR code and link.
- Guests scan the QR code with their phone and can immediately upload their photos or videos.
- You can set how many files each device can upload and how long uploads will remain available.
- All content uploaded by guests automatically appears in your account and is available in one place.
Don’t have a photographer account?
The Guest Gallery can also be used separately – no photographer plan or subscription is required.
