Account Deletion

You can delete your Welepix account in two ways — through the account settings yourself, or by submitting an email request.

Option 1: Delete it yourself

1. Sign in to welepix.com or open the Welepix mobile app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Under „Account deletion", click Delete Account.
4. Confirm in the dialog.

Option 2: Submit a request

If you cannot sign in to your account, email us at [email protected] from the same email address you registered with. We will delete the account within 7 business days after identity verification.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following is removed from our servers immediately and irreversibly:

• All uploaded photos, galleries and folders;
• All share pages you created and their history;
• Client and event data you created;
• Company profile settings, logo, account photo;
• Testimonials and other user-generated content.

What data is retained longer

Some data is retained longer, as required by Lithuanian law:

• Invoices and payment records — kept for 10 years under accounting law (personal data is anonymised, leaving only the legal entity/company code).
• Operational logs — kept for 1 year for security purposes, then automatically deleted.
